It is March, already!

I can't believe it, but here we are in March, already! Want to send out a BIG thank you to all of you who came to see me at Penns Woods West! From what I hear, it has gone down in attendance & crafters over the years, and just isn't what it used to be.... Happily, I made some great contacts and had a fun weekend!

The good news is I will be doing TWO shows in March! One is an 'up & coming' show in Mars. It is the 2nd year for the show under the new directors, and it has the potential to be a really great show. The date for the Mars show is March 20, hours are from 10-4, at Mars Area Middle School.

In addition, I will be at Reynolds High School, March 27 for the Reynolds Covered Bridge Craft Show. The hours for this show are 9-3.

As in the past, I will have new things to offer at both shows- including new custom orders and material swatches to choose from!

In the meantime, I have also been busy with custom orders and brainstorming new ideas for spring/summer, MOMS, sets with some surprises, and celebrations. I wish there were more hours in the day to keep up with all the things I make lists about! :) Here are a couple of things I have been busy with lately...

This is an apron top. I made myself one, just to see if I could; I thought it would be perfect for shows because of the nice deep pockets & the ability to pair it with jeans & a long sleeve tee, and still look somewhat cute! hehehe. Well, i had many, many compliments throughout the day- and a specific request (hi Jamie!) for one with a specific fabric! It might be something you could see at the upcoming shows- as custom orders only (for now).

This is the front....

And this is the back!! Very cute, long bow- and an open back to see your tee underneath.
This sweet little dress that I had on display at Penns Woods, offering in either a dress or a top with a matching hair booboo. This was made for little Riely in size 18-24 months....

And, last but not least... Three little backpacks for three little ladies, Leah, Reese, and Hope. Shhhh.... They will not see them til June, so keep it a secret!

OK. Better get back to work! I am going to be brave and have the Grand Opening to my etsy shop prior to the two upcoming shows! Watch your email, there might even be an incentive for shopping during the GRAND OPENING!
Here is wishing you a sunshine & blue skies kinda day!

Sneak Peeks! - part three

OK. This is the last set of sneaks before next weekend! This is a stack of new yummy fabrics, just waiting to be made into something wonderful.....

NEW! BOY print backpacks.... This is not to say that these little gems wouldn't be just perfect for little GIRLS, too- Just sayin' that River could sport these little guys without John getting worked up! :) (other prints at the show...)

Without giving the WHOLE thing away, here is a glimpse of one of the new styles.... One of the best things about this new look is that it looks just as GREAT with a l/s tee under it when its cooler, as it does by itself when its warmer!
Last, but certainly not LEAST, CUSTOM name banners!! I will have at least 3 different ideas/possiblities on display next week......

SO excited! Hope to see some familiar faces there!!!!!!!!

Sneak Peeks- part two!

A couple other things I have been working on....

Lots of fun new hair booboos! LOVE this polka dotted one. A few new things with the hair booboos at next week's show will be pig tail sets and regular sets of 3!! (How fuN is that???)

And this Cutie little cupcake dress- how sweet would your little Valentine look in this beauty! As always, the coordinating hair booboo comes with this darling dress!

Anyone wishing it was already next weekend??

Sneak Peeks! - part one

Valentine's Day is fast approaching! With that comes an exciting new show, and even some hints of SPRING! I started putting some items in my etsy shop, and instead decided to delay its "Grand Opening" until after next weekend. Not sure what a 2 day show will bring, and how much I will need to have on hand! This lovely dress & hair booboo, and snazzy pants might just be a few of the things you would find if you can make it! (the models are not for sale ;) )
Here is a link- there are pictures of shows from other years to check it out.
